RaceFinder
RaceFinder is an online platform designed to search, track, and participate in sports events: running, cycling, swimming, triathlon, duathlon. The project targets amateur athletes, professionals, and organizers, offering an intuitive interface with advanced filtering and multilingual support.
The main objective was to build a dynamic platform that allows users to quickly find relevant events, track their participation history, manage subscriptions, and receive personalized notifications.
The interface was developed with a strong focus on UX design and adaptability across all devices.
We were looking for a solution that would not just show a poster of events, but would become a full-fledged platform for all participants of the sports movement. RaceFinder embodied this idea: the interface is user-friendly, the search is fast, and the personal account and notifications make using the site truly personalised. We would like to note how the Meta team has immersed itself in the specifics of the sports industry.
All our wishes were taken into account, and many technical solutions were proposed proactively - taking into account the future growth of the platform. Well-organised communication, clear deadlines and stable results at every stage of development convinced us of the guys' professionalism. Race Alerts
We have implemented personalised notifications of new races based on selected filters: date, sport, distance, country, city. After setting up a filter, you can create a Race Alert, which is saved in your Personal Profile. The system automatically checks for new events and sends notifications via email and within the platform. Notifications can be edited, disabled or deleted at any time. This allows athletes not to miss out on events of interest and always stay informed.
